2. Explain Michael Selmi’s idea of “lingering bias” in terms of women in the workplace. What does he base his conclusions on?

3. What is the evidence that women do NOT have jobs they “prefer”?

4. What is homophily? How did this affect Wall Street professionals?

5. What is social exclusion and how does it affect women in the workplace? Identify the evidence the author uses to illustrate social exclusion.
