The EL Civics topics used at Tacoma Community College are outlined below. These topics are from the English for All program developed by the Tech21 Project, funded by the US Office of Vocational and Adult Education. This program has been used throughout the school year, presenting one module per week, beginning in October, 2002 and concluding in April, 2003.
