2. Organization, timing and location of the championship World Championship of sport knife throwing will be held from the 1st of November till the 5th of November. Russia, Moscow , Moscow Center of martial arts. 1st of November: • teams arrival, quartering • 12.00 - 16:00 - Mandate Commission, casting lots of participants of the World Championship of Sports Knife Throwing; • 16.00- 18.00 – official training. • 17.00- 17.30 - press-conference • 18:00 – 19:00 – joint meeting of Organize Committee, referees and the representatives of teams. 2nd of November: • 8:00 - 10:00 - the 1st circle : qualifications duels of sports knife throwing in the distance of 5 , 7 and 9 meters among men and in the distance of 3 and 5 meters among women • 18:00 - grand opening of World Championship. 3rd of November: • 8:00 — 10:00 — the 2nd circle: preliminary duels of sports knife throwing in the distance of 5, 7 and 9 meters among men; 3 and 5 meters among women ( 8 participants in each distance who showed the best results in qualifications duels) • 16.30 – 18.00 – CONGRESS of FIAU 4th of November: • 8:00 - 10.00 - the 3rd circle: final duels in the distance of 5m, 7 m and 9 m among men, 3 and 5 meters - among women. The determination of participants in absolute title in the distance 5+7+9 meters among men and absolute title in the distance 3+5 m among women. 5th of November: • 10.00 - 15.00 - the 4 circle: the absolute title in the distance 5+7+9 meters among men and absolute title in the distance 3+5 m among women, rewarding of the winners of the Championship. 3.Administration of the World Championship General administration of the Championship is within responsibility of the organizational committee. Actual administration of the Championship is handled by the head of the referee board. Refereeing is carried out according to the competitions Regulations of "Sports knife throwing", approved by Federation International Amateur "UNIFIGHT". Chief referee of the Championship – Lukash Igor (Russia) Chief secretary of the Championship______. 4. Participants of the Championship The sportsmen of not younger than 16 years old, knowing to handle the sports knife, approved by FIAU, knowing the rules of sports knife throwing. The team has the right to provide to each distance not more than 9 people. The binding condition for all the participants the presence of three knifes of approved by Federation standard with each sportsman. Uniform of the sportsmen: black trousers, white shirt with short sleeves, sports shoes and socks of black color. All participants must have insurance policy. Uniform of the referees: white shirt with short sleeves, black bow-tie, black trousers, black socks, black sports shoes. 5. Conditions of the competitions handling 5.1. The competitions are carried in 4 circles: • the 1st circle (qualifications) of competitions: all the participants make the both exercises 1| 2H (5 series of 3 knives), in the distance of 5,7 and 9 meters among men, in the distance of 3 and 5 meters among women • the 2nd circle of the preliminary competitions: 8 participants in each distance who showed the best results in the 1st circle • the 3rd circle - the final. 6 participants in each distance who showed the best results in the 2nd circle • the 4th circle - absolute title in the distance of 5 + 7+ 9 meters among men and in the distance of 3+5 meters among women. 4 sportsmen participated who showed the best results in the 3rd circle on the sum of distances. The sportsmen who did not participate in the 3rd circle in various distances do not participate in the 4th circle. In the case if in the 4th circle there are less than 3 participates, the absolute title of Champion does not draw lots. In absolute title the exercises are done without interval. The test throws (2 series of 3 knives) are done only before the 1st distance of multiple events, the sportsman can throw a knife from any distance. All the exercises beginning from the 2nd circle are done in full format (10 series of 3 knives) 5.2. Drawing lots. The general drawing is held before the 1st circle of competitions. In the 2nd, 3rd and 4th circles the participants make the exercises with consideration of the results in the previous circle beginning from the worst results. 6. Winners identification The champions and the winners of Championship is identified in each exercise by the highest score got in the final. In case of equal score in one of the exercise among 2 or more participants the highest place win the sportsman who has the best result of the last (last but one, etc.) series. The winner in absolute title is identified in the 4 circle: • among men - the sum of the results of the distances 5+7+9 m • among women - the sum of the results of the distances 3 + 5m In case of equal score among 2 or more participants the winner is identified of the best place of the last distance of multiple events. 7. Rewarding Champions and prize-winners (5,7 and 9m among men and 3 and 5 m among women) of the Championship are rewarded by the medals, diplomas and valuable prizes. Champions and prize-winners in absolute title (5+7+9m) among men: the 1st place – 29000,00 rub., the 2nd place – 14500,00rub., the 3rd place – 7250,00rub.

The free will charitable star fee for involvement in competitions compounds 100$ from each participant. The sportsmen which have paid a fee for involvement in the World Championship "Unifight" are released from a fee for involvement in the World Championship "Sport knife throwing" and accordingly on the contrary. All the commands must have two national flags and national Hymn for the ceremony of awarding. National team is to be in uniform of their country. 8. 9. Applications The present Regulations are the call for the World Championship. The participants arrived after the call must provide the Mandate Commission through their representative or personally with the application in two copies, documents identifying their personality as well as the insurance policy for each sportsman. In order to get entrance visas to Russia in time foreign participants of the Championship must confirm their participation not later than the 1st of October 2011 indicating passport data (xerox copies of the passports) of all the members of the delegation, place of work, position, work and home address.
