Think about the sad emotions you recalled when writing about experiences of trauma in your lives. There are healthy ways to express these feelings and unhealthy ways.
Demonstrate a healthy way to express these feelings of sadness or anxiety.
Examples: - Create a piece of artwork - Write a short fictional story or memoir - Compose a song - Explain your thoughts and feelings in a larger journal entry
Assessment: I will be grading you on both completion and effort. Your mode of expression should be creative and sincere.
