There are healthy ways to express these feelings and unhealthy ways. </p><p>Demonstrate a healthy way to express these feelings of sadness or anxiety.</p><p>Examples: - Create a piece of artwork - Write a short fictional story or memoir - Compose a song - Explain your thoughts and feelings in a larger journal entry</p><p>Assessment: I will be grading you on both completion and effort. Your mode of expression should be creative and sincere. </p><p>If you invest time and emotion into this, you should be proud of your finished product. </p>
