3. Reports A. Executive Reports- Sarah informed the attendees that the next ICC meeting would be in February of the next year. Also, Anita would not be returning as the ICC Secretary for next Semester. B. ASB Advisor Reports- No motions were made because we did not have a full quorum to make any actions. C. Representative Reports- NONE 4. Information Items a. Last meeting of the 2008 fall semester.

5. Public Comment This time is reserved for members of the public to address the Inter-Club Council on issues not already appearing on the agenda. A limit of 5 minutes per speaker and 20 minutes per topic shall be enforced.

Sarah spoke about club REPS making sure that they provide more information on action items submitted and that REPS be in attendances when their action items are being voted on.
