AIDE OF GANGSTER SONU DARIYAPUR CARRYING A REWARD ARRESTED A FALSELY REPORTED CASE OF THEFT OF HONDA CIVIC CAR BY BUSINESSMAN FOR GIVING TO HIS GIRL FRIEND SOLVED

With the arrest of Mahesh age 27 years s/o Sh. Jai Bhagwan r/o H. No. 486, Prahlad Pur Bangar, PS Shahbad Dairy, Delhi, the South District Police has recovered a Honda Civic Car and solved a falsely reported case of car theft which was registered at PS Sarojini Nagar. The car has been recovered from his possession.

INCIDENT, TEAM & ARREST

In a drive to track the movements and whereabouts of a desperate criminal, a number of teams were formed in South Distt. In pursuance of the same, the team of PS Vasant Kunj South comprising of Inspector Jai Prakash, HCs Devender, Subhash Chand, Bani Singh, Harjeet, Ajeet, Surender, Constables Pardeep and Ashok under supervision of Insp. Ishwar Singh SHO Vasant Kunj South and ACP Vasant Vihar, Sh. Mohammad Ali was working on the rewarded (with reward of Rs. 1 lac) criminal of Outer Distt., namely, Sonu Dariyapur. He is wanted in sensational murders registered at PS Punjabi Bagh, Najaf Garh and in cases registered in various Police Stations of Haryana. Now, he is into contract killing and has gained notoriety especially in Outer Distt. and nearby areas of Haryana. On getting a tip off about the movements of Sonu Dariyapur in a stolen Honda Civic Car with illegal arms near Andheria More-to-Mahipalpur Road while coming from Mehrauli, the team laid a trap and intercepted the car on 24/11/09 at around 3.00 PM. The team alongwith the informer placed barricades near CNG Station on the road and started checking the vehicles randomly. At around 4.20 PM, the said white colour Honda Civic car bearing registration No. HR-29 D-4257 came speedily. It was stopped and Mahesh, accomplice of notorious criminal Sonu Dariyapur was apprehended.

INTERROGATION

On interrogation, accused Mahesh has revealed that he is nephew of Dinesh and Deepak who are involved in various cases of murder and are presently lodged in Tihar Jail and are co-accused & close associates of Sonu Dariyapur, a contract killer and resident of the area of PS Bawana in Outer Distt. and carries a reward (Rs 1,00,000). He disclosed that this car was handed over to him by one Bijender, a close associate of Sonu Dariyapur before he was arrested by Anti-Robbery team of Crime Branch in the area of PS Dadri, Haryana as he was wanted along with Sonu Dariyapur in a murder case of PS Bond Kalan Distt. Bhiwani Haryana. This Honda City Car was used by Sonu for a long period of time and later handed over to Bijender. Sonu Dariyapur got this car from his cousin and associate Deepak while he was on parole, who is now lodged in jail in a murder case and Deepak was given this car by one girl namely Saloni who was girl friend of one Kamal Motwani s/o GD Motwani r/o 543, type-II, Sector-7, RK Puram. Saloni herself was involved in a sensational case of Kidnapping- cum-murder of one Shailender Singh r/o Aligarh, UP registered vide FIR No. 333 u/s 365/302/201 IPC PS Anand Vihar, Delhi. Special Cell of Delhi Police arrested Deepak and Jitender r/o Aligarh , UP and later on one more accused Adesh was arrested in the case. The motive of murder was that the victim was in love affair with girl related to Tejvir @ Guddu father of Deepak, the accused in this case and desperate gangster of Aligarh, UP. Saloni facilitated the murderers in the case.

During interrogation it was revealed that Kamal Motwani being boyfriend of Saloni promised to procure bail for Deepak and help her get out of that case. He took Rs. 5.5 lacs but could not succeed. On feeling cheated she asked for money and took Rs. 4 lacs cash (to redeem her jewellery) and for balance she took this Honda City Car (of Kamal Motwani) bearing number DL-7 CF-5872. This car has been in possession of desperate criminals and might have been involved in execution of murder cases. But Kamal under pressure from family to account for the missing car, got a case vide FIR No. 389 u/s 379 IPC dated 15.09.08 falsely registered and has claimed insurance. Legal action in this is being taken separately on the complaint of insurance company.

Accused is being produced in Patiala House Court. Staff behind the good work is being rewarded suitably.

EAST DISTT DATED: 25.11.09 SENSATIONAL KIDNAPPING CASE FOR RANSOM SOLVED,FATHER STAGED THE DRAMA

The East District Police has solved a sensational kidnapping for ransom case reported at P.S. Anand Vihar by sh. Ajeet Sharma S/O sh. Rampal Sharma R/O B- 331, Ashok Nagar, Delhi on 3.11.09.

INCIDENT

On 03.11.09 Sh. Ajit Sharma had reported at PS Anand Vihar Delhi that his son aged 12 YRS did not return from his school situated in Anand Vihar area. He further alleged that his son is the student of eighth class and suspected that his son has been kidnapped. On his statement, a case vide FIR No. 479/09 U/S 363 IPC was registered and investigation was taken up. The same day evening, he allegedly received a ransom call of Rs. 30 lacs at his landline telephone from a mobile phone. But thereafter the mobile phone of caller was switched-off. The further examination of the complainant revealed that he had some rivalry with the person who have not a good reputation in the area and he also suspected his hand behind the kidnapping as he had a dispute with him over Rs. 1.5 lacs.

INVESTIGATION

Looking the gravity of the case a team comprising SI Vinay Yadav,SI Satendra Khari, SI Rajeev Kumar(I/C P.P. Karkardooma Court), under the close supervision of Insp Rohitash Kumar I/C Spl Staff East and Insp. Ramesh Dahiya, SHO Anand Vihar, Delhi under overall supervision of Sh G.S.Meena ACP/OPS East & Sh. Kapoor Singh ACP/ Vivek Vihar was constituted and investigation was taken up. During the course of investigation suspected persons and the criminals of the same Modus-Operandi was interrogated and the technical surveillance was kept. During the course of investigation the conduct of the complainant was also suspicious. Continuous technical surveillance was mounted and interrogation of various criminals of similar modus operandi was carried out. On 5.11.09 the boy was left abandoned near Garh road bus stand Meerut and was recovered from Meerut UP. After the recovery of the child, the suspicion on the complainant was strengthened and the technical surveillance was continued.

INTERROGATION

Finally on Sustained interrogation the complainant Ajit Sharma broke down and confessed that he himself had staged the drama of kidnapping of his son to get rid of his rival after implicating him in this case. For this he hatched a plan with Sunil, Anil & Abhishek who were his associates. He promised to give them Rs. 50,000 out of which Rs. 18,000 have already been paid by him. The startling fact of this case is that even the complainant emotionally blackmailed his own child to join the conspiracy of kidnapping. Thus on 3.11.09 the child was taken by the complainant from outside his school gate and was handed over to Sunil and Abhishek who took away the boy in a Maruti car and kept him in a hotel at Haridwar as per their planning. In the meantime a ransom call was made by Anil, brother of Sunil on the direction of Ajeet Sharma. The interrogation of Ajit Sharma, Sunil & Abhishek & technical surveillance kept on them confirmed that the entire story of kidnapping was staged by the complainant himself just to get rid of and to settle score with his rival after implicating him in this case.

1. Ajit Sharma s/o Shri Rampal Sharma r/o B-331, Ashok Nagar, Delhi-93, Aged- 36 yrs. He is a trader who deals with iron and running a shop in the Bhopura,Ghaziabad,UP.

2. Sunil Kumar s/o Sh. Ram Singh r/o Vill- Hasanpur, P.S. Massouri, Distt. Ghaziabad (UP), Aged-32 yrs.

1. Abhishek @ Nischay Shruti s/o Sh. Kailas Chand Shruti r/o 90 A, Aruna Nagar Eatah, . (UP), Aged-22 yrs.

The investigation is still in progress and efforts are being made to apprehend Anil Kumar who is in Jaipur. After investigation the case is found false and action is being taken as per law for filing the false report .The police team involved in solving this case is being suitably rewarded.
