1: Read and respond to the e-mail. a. Click on the link on the left hand side of your page that says“E-mail”. b. In your inbox, click on the email that was sent to you today from Empower 3000. c. Read the email and think about the question that it is asking you. d. Click “Reply”. e. Type your response to the question in the email answer box. f. Click “Send” - you will be brought back to the email

2: Read the Article of the day. a. Click on the name of today’s article (this will bring you to the article). b. Read through the article

3: Do the activity questions. a. Click on the icon at the top of the article that says “Activity”. b. Read and answer the 8 multiple choice questions. c. Review your score and see how you did! d. Click “Back to Article”

4: Answer the thought question. (If required) a. Click on the icon at the top of the article that says “Thought Question”. b. Click on “ Include in this response” and follow directions. c. Click on rubric icon. d. Read the Thought Question and type your response in the answer box c. e. Click “Submit Now” –you will be brought back to the article.
