B) Approve Jonathon Hitt part time/as needed for summer custodial and maintenance services at Family Education Campus not to exceed $1,500. Funding: Even Start C) Denise Stovall teacher part time/as needed at $20.00 an hour for summer 2010. Funding: Title I, Title I CO, tuition D) UMA A+ contract for maintenance and support of web based program for system high schools grades 9 – 12 credit recovery not to exceed $28,000. Funding: Title I, Title I CO, N & D E) Approve Boyett Construction to construct handicap ramp and sidewalk at Family Education Campus total $4,757. Funding: Special Ed. ARRA F) Approve Chad Shelton, Tyler Gillespie, and Drew Waldrep on a part-time, temporary, no benefits, as needed basis for maintenance helpers at a rate of $10.00 per hour not to exceed $2,000.00 each effective June 8, 2010. 14. Approve School Paid Expenditures A) East Lawrence Middle to pay Northwest Shoals Volleyball to host a volleyball clinic at ELMS at a cost of $1020.00. Funding – Local School Volleyball B) East Lawrence High to pay Laura Tauba to conduct volleyball clinic at a cost of $125.00 per participant. Funding – Local School Volleyball C) R.A. Hubbard to employ Ronald Jones as custodial assistant for June 2010 through August 2010 not to exceed $1,800.00. Funding – Local School
15. Approve Out of State Leave A) Karen Hitt to Madison, WI on July 18-23, 2010 for WIDA Summer Professional Development Academy.

As required by Section 16-9-23 of the Laws of Alabama Relating to Education, and as Superintendent of the Lawrence County School System, I make the following written personnel recommendations for action by The Lawrence County Board of Education:
