Reading: In reading this week we read Fantasy stories about animals and their habitats. We also learned about animals and their habitats during Science time.

MATH: In Math we have started Chapter 4. Mrs. Grundy’s This chapter focuses on subtracting numbers, including 2 digit numbers. HALLOWEEN PARTY: We will have our Daily Behavior Chart Halloween Party on Friday, October 31st Monday: warning 1 2 3 4 from 2-2:30. We will also have a Tuesday: warning 1 2 3 4 Wednesday: warning 1 2 3 4 parade of costumes prior to the party Thursday: warning 1 2 3 4 at 1:45. The students can wear their Friday: warning 1 2 3 4 costumes to school that day. (Keep in Behavior Issues: mind of the school dress code). AR The students have started taking AR and are doing a great job. If they read a book at home and need to take a DATES TO REMEMBER! test on it, just send in a note. AR is a good way to build reading skills.
