Title: Team Lead Education: HS diploma and related technical training. Basic Experience: 4 years Duties: Performs day-to-day management of individual contract task orders. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all task order support activities. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills. Works (as necessary) with corporate management to direct effective contract support activities. Maintains primary client interface at the task order level. Manages contractor staff assigned to specific task order.

Title: Kuwait Subject Matter Expert Education: BA/BS or equivalent Basic Experience: 10 years Duties: Provides an intermediate level of domain expertise (knowledge, skill, and ability) in a subject area (domain/discipline, technology or methodology) necessary for effective implementation. Works at the direction of the Program Manager or a Task Order Manager in support of government strategy, logistic services, engineering services, technical services, implementation processes, acquisition planning, logistics, and administration. Title: CM Change Control Administrator Education: BA/BS or equivalent Basic Experience: 6 years Duties: Maintains an information system at a remote location (domestic or international). Serves as on-site, post-installation customer contact. Responsible for daily system administration, LAN/WAN maintenance, and systems management duties of workstations or microcomputer systems, including security and database administration, communications processor operator duties, systems analysis, and hardware and network repair/servicing. Directs completion of tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints. Schedules and assigns duties to subordinates and subcontractors and ensures assignments are completed as directed. Enforces work standards and reviews/resolves work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Interfaces with the Contractor's Program manager as well as Government management personnel including, but not limited to, the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative. Reports in writing and orally to contractor management and Government representatives.

Title: Project Manager Education: BA/BS or equivalent Basic Experience: 10 years Duties: Performs and manages work that requires an advanced knowledge of engineering, science or other discipline customarily acquired through specialized instruction. Maintains technical excellence. Schedules and assigns duties to subordinates and subcontractors and ensures assignments are completed as directed. Enforces work standards and reviews/resolves work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Develops plans and products based on customer requirements and best industry practices. Manages programs and major projects. Broad mandate for independent action.

Title: Functional Analyst Education: HS diploma and related technical training Basic Experience: 4 years Duties: The Functional Analyst shall analyze IT related functional requirements and determine courses of action for applications and data processing techniques. The Functional Analyst shall provide guidance in formulating responses to complex technical tasks, including capacity planning and contingency planning, recommend optimum approaches/solutions, and oversee completion of complex technical support projects.
