Sharon Stover is the Lead Probation Officer with the Johnson City Juvenile Court. She has worked with at-risk youth in various positions for the past 15 years. She has written over $250,000 worth of grants to support programs for these youth. As a certified Restorative Justice Facilitator and Trainer with the International Institute of Real Justice, Sharon was instrumental in piloting the Restorative Justice program that is a collaboration between the Johnson City School System and the Johnson City Juvenile Court. She is the former Chair of the Juvenile Justice Committee for the Northeast Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth and is currently a member of the Legislative Committee for NETCC&Y. Sharon serves on the Child Protective Investigative Team, the Moral Kombat/Character Counts Board of Directors, and the Alternative Learning Center Advisory Board. Sharon was the recipient of the 2005 FTHRA Outstanding Character and Civic Responsibility Award.

In her free time, Sharon enjoys gardening, interior decorating, reading, and working crossword puzzles. She is married to Philip Stover and is the mother of two daughters, Ashley and Olivia.
