Winter Schooling Shows 2001

North Run Farm WINTER SCHOOLING SHOWS NOVEMBER – APRIL Show starts at 10:00am. Ring will be open for schooling at 9:00am. A full course of jumps will be set up. Flat warm up will be allowed prior to the first class.

Office Fee: $20.00 per horse rider combination (includes schooling fee). Entry Fee: $15.00 per class or courtesy round. Lead Line is exempt from Office Fee. Lead Line Entry Fee: $10.00

CLASS LIST 1. Lead Line 2. Walk/Trot Equitation (Beginner Rider) 3. Walk/Trot Hunter Under Saddle (Green Horse &/or Beginner Rider) 4. Beginner Equitation – Flat (walk, trot, canter) 5. Open Equitation – Flat 6. Hunter Under Saddle COURSE SET & SCHOOLING BREAK FOR WALK/TROT RIDERS & HORSES ONLY. 7. Trot Over Marked Course – Equitation – To be shown at a walk & trot over a course of poles on the ground simulating a jumping course. Open to Beginner riders only. 8. Tiny X’s – Equitation – To be show at a walk & trot – controlled canter allowed. Open to Beginner Riders. Others may enter as a courtesy round. Middle of X about 12”. 9 Mini Equitation – To be show at a trot – controlled canter allowed. Open to Beginner Riders. Others may enter as a courtesy round. Fence height 2’ Flower box & rail. 10 Mini Hunter – To be shown at a trot with controlled canter allowed. Open to Green Horse &/or Beginner Rider. Fence height 2’ Flower box & rail. (Classes at a lower height can be added.) COURSE SET & SCHOOLING BREAK 11 Very Low Hunter - 2’3” (no oxers) 12 Very Low Hunter - 2’3” (no oxers) 13 Beginner Equitation – 2’3” (no oxers) 14 Low Hunter – 2’3” – 2’6” (w/oxers) 15 Low Hunter – 2’3” – 2’6” (w/oxers) 16 Open Equitation – 2’3” – 2’6” (w/oxers) (fences in 14-16 can be raised upon request)

REMEMBER !!! THE SHOW SECRETARY MUST SEE ALL HORSES’ CURRENT (within 12 months) COGGINS TEST BEFORE YOU PARTICIPATE IN THE SHOW. THIS IS A STATE LAW.

PLEASE! No dogs allowed on North Run Farm show grounds.

North Run Farm Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver, & Indemnification . I AGREE in consideration for my participation in the North Run farm (“NRF”) schooling show to the following: I AGREE that I choose to participate voluntarily in the North Run Farm Schooling Show with my horse, as a rider, owner, lessee, or as parent or guardian of a junior exhibitor. I am fully aware and acknowledge that horse sports and the NRF Schooling show involve inherent dangerous risks of accident, loss and serious bodily injury including broken bones, head injuries, trauma, pain, suffering, or death (“Harm”). I AGREE to release North Run Farm and Len and Jacki Danielson from all claims for money damages or otherwise for any Harm to me or my horse and for any Harm caused by me of my horse to others, even in the Harm resulted, directly or indirectly, from the negligence of North Run Farm, or Len and Jacki Danielson. I AGREE to expressly assume all risks of Harm to me or my horse, including Harm resulting from the negligence of North Run Farm or Len and Jacki Danielson. I AGREE to indemnify (that is, to pay any losses, damages, or costs incurred by) North Run Farm and Len and Jacki Danielson and to hold them harmless with respect to claims for Harm to me or my horse, and for claims made by others for any Harm caused by me or my horse at the NRF Schooling Show. If I am a parent of guardian of a junior exhibitor, I consent to the child’s participation and AGREE to all of the above provisions and Agree to assume all of the obligations of this release on the child’s behalf. I AGREE that “North Run Farm” and “Len and Jacki Danielson” as used above includes all of their officials, employees, personnel, and volunteers. I represent that I have the requisite training, coaching, and abilities to safely compete in this competition. BY SIGNING BELOW, I AGREE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE.
