2. Price: Net price Ex works. per unit € 135,000 Euros The prices are net prices, without VAT, packing costs and costs for freight.

3. Payment: 50 % of complete order sum at written order and a letter of credit for the rest of 50% 40 % at our indication of delivery disposition 10 % at arrival of the equipment at the final location, but latest 60 days after delivery disposition.

4. Delivery time: 2-3 months after technically and business contracting.

5. Warranty: Only in connection with an major overhaul we confirm one year, after commissioning but not longer than 18 months after delivery date.

6. Validity: This offer is 3 months valid. Subject to an interim sale!

7. Remarks: The validity of this offer with an intermediate sale to another customer expires. Referring the major overhaul it’s important to inform you, that after overhaul the engine’s condition is like a brand new! All wearing part will be changed.
