Requirements & Submission Instructions

Requirements & Submission Instructions This document is for MPN partners, with an existing competency, who wish to add the Learning Option to train customers using Microsoft Official Learning Products. If you are a new MPN partner, you can add the Learning Option as part of your application to your desired Technical Competency. For partners who are not ready to commit to the requirements of competency level KPIs, we recommend you begin with the Microsoft Action Pack−Learning Option. MAPs-Learning Option A completed Learning Partner Program business application is required for the program if (1) this is a Partner’s first time in the program, or (2) to re-enroll, if your organization has been removed from the Learning Partner Program and wishes to reapply after the required 90-day waiting period, and (3) you are an existing Learning Partner transitioning from the retired Learning Competency into the Learning Option via a Technical Competency. Companies applying to be a Microsoft Learning Partner must have demonstrated investment in the training industry, the ability to deliver flexible, solutions-based, customized training in Microsoft technologies, and demonstrate expertise in offering skills assessment, individual and organizational training-plan development, instructor-led and/or online technical training, exam preparation services, and post-training services that establish on-going, long-term customer relationships. Submitting a business application does not assure approval to join the Microsoft Learning Partner Program. Microsoft evaluates every business application for quality, and business experience, to help ensure all companies meet the program requirements. If your company is not accepted into the Microsoft Learning Partner Program, your application can be resubmitted for review after a 90-day waiting period. Please note that your company must be currently enrolled in the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) to enroll into the Microsoft Learning Partner Program, via the Learning Option, within a Technical Competency. Acceptance into the Microsoft Learning Partner Program is based upon a company’s demonstration that it has met all Learning Partner Program qualifications and requirements. Please do not include confidential or proprietary information in your application. After Company has reviewed and understands the requirements, benefits, terms, and conditions of the Microsoft Learning Partner Program, located on the MPN portal website, including Microsoft Official Course usage requirements, and if Company meets the qualification criteria to participate in the Learning Partner Program, Company may submit its business application to Microsoft for review, as outlined below.
