Cinnamon Buns 3 Days

Ingredients:

4 1/3 Cups Flour 1 Package Yeast 1 Cup Milk 1/3 Cup Sugar 1/3 Cup Butter or Margarine ½ tsp. Salt 2 Eggs

Directions:

Day 1:

1. ______In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour and yeast.

2. ______In a saucepan over low heat, stir milk, sugar, margarine and salt; just until margarine melts.

3. ______Slightly cool milk mixture and add to flour mixture with the 2 eggs. Mix in electric beater on low for 30 second, crape sides of bowl, and beat for another 3 minutes adding the remaining 2 cups of flour.

4. ______Turn dough out on a floured board and knead in about 1/3 of a cup of flour to make moderately soft dough that is smooth and elastic (3 to 5 minutes).

5. ______Grease and label a plastic bag. Place dough in bag when finished kneading. Cinnamon Buns

Day 2:

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp. Butter ½ Cup Sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

1. ______On a greased board, roll dough out to the size of the cutting board (rectangle shape).

2. ______Melt butter and using a pastry brush, brush on dough.

3. ______Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on dough.

4. ______From the long end, roll dough up and seal seam.

5. ______Slice dough in 12 equal sections with thread and place in 9x12” pan.

Day 3:

Place in 375° oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Drizzle with Powdered Sugar Icing.

Powdered Sugar Icing

1 Cup Powdered Sugar ¼ tsp. vanilla 1 Tbsp. Milk

1. ______Combine all ingredients and mix well.
