Vendor Space fee for Saturday & Sunday is $125 or $100 if you are a Buckley Chamber of Commerce Member. Each space is 10 linear feet. VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE BOTH DAYS. How many 10 foot spaces will you require? ______

Important information to note: Vendor fees due by June 13TH - Add $5 per day if paid after that date.

Spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. NO RESERVED SPACES

You may set up beginning Friday, just as long as you are done and cars are off the street by Saturday at 9 am. Anything left overnight is at your own risk.

 ** Breakdown Sunday after log show ends no exceptions**

 Sale/distribution of drug paraphernalia, stink bombs, silly string, etc. is strictly prohibited. The Buckley Chamber of Commerce will enforce this rule, ask you to remove such items, and/or ask you to leave the premises if you refuse to comply with this rule.

 All vendors are required to clean up debris in their immediate area after closing time on both days.

 Please bring your own garbage cans.

 There are NO electrical or water hook-ups available.

 All food vendors are required to comply with all applicable Tacoma Pierce County Health Department codes, requirements and permits. Contact Tacoma Pierce County Health Department at 253-798-6456 no later than two weeks in advance to avoid late fees. These permits are required and will be checked

 Payment “in full” must accompany this registration form and all vendor space fees are non-refundable.

I understand and agree to release the City of Buckley, the Buckley Chamber of Commerce, the Buckley Log Show Committee, and their agents from liability for any claims or suits that arise from the use of the city property for this event. I further abide by the above rules set forth by the Buckley Chamber of Commerce.

I understand that the proceeds from these vendor fees are applied to the Buckley Chamber of Commerce general fund and are used to help with the community projects throughout the years. I understand that any additional expenses for food permit, city licenses, Etc. are my sole responsibility.
