2005 ATA Convention Stallion Breeding Contract - Silent Auction

2007 ATA Convention Stallion Breeding Contract - Silent Auction (this is not the sealed bid auction) The contracts for the following stallions are up for bid with the following understanding. 1. All expenses associated with using the contract are the high bidder’s responsibility. Bidder should contact the stallion owner to get contract details and expenses before bidding. All guarantees are between the individual stallion owner and the high bidder. Please click on the information link found with each stallion on the convention web site to contact the owner. If you do not have computer access you may contact the stallion owner by phone. Contact information can be gotten from the ATA office or Pam Norton. 2. The type of breeding is listed with each stallion. There are no exceptions to what is available. 3. If you do not plan on attending the Convention, your bid and payment must reach Pam Norton no later than October 31, 2007. Any bids arriving after that time will not be counted. 4. If you will be attending the Convention, the deadline is Saturday Nov. 10th at the Banquet. 5. The winner of each bid will be announced at the Banquet on Nov. 10th. Those not attending will be notified by email or snail mail no later than Nov. 18th. The winners will be listed on the Convention website by Nov. 14. 6. There is a minimum bid on all the contracts of $500. Any amount over that can be bid. Bid an odd number of dollars and cents to avoid ties. 7. You must send payment with the signed bid sheet, pay with cc to the ATA office or thru PayPal. If paying with PayPal it will charge to your account immediately. If you send a check it will be returned if you do not win. If payment has not been received your bid will not be counted. 8. If you are bidding on more than one stallion please use separate sheets and send separate checks. Place the order of preference circled on the top of the bid sheet. If you need more than one breeding list the number of contracts you need on the line provided. I hereby make a bid on the following stallion. I am enclosing a check or credit card information made out to the American Trakehner Association for the full amount. I understand that if my bid is the highest and I am determined the winner, the ATA will process my payment. If I am not the winner, my check will be returned to me. I also understand that if I win I am bound by the rules above and the terms of the stallion owner’s contract. The ATA does not guarantee a live foal.
