9am Sharp! CLEAR ROUND Fences approx 50cm. Open to all. Rosettes to all clear rounds. Entries on the day at the Secretary’s office. A LIMIT OF 50 TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS, ALL PURCHASES MUST BE MADE BEFORE 9.30am. No prior booking of tickets. ALL DECLARATIONS MUST BE MADE AT THE COLLECTING RING BY 10am, OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO JUMP. A maximum of 5 stops for any competitor in any one round. ENTRY FEE: £5

CLASS 3 THE CHRISTMAS SPEED STAKES Fences approx 80cm. Table A (Speed Class, one round against the clock, refusals are not penalised with the exception of 3 refusals, 5secs to add for fences down) ENTRY FEE £10.00; LATE ENTRIES £12 Prizes: Sash and rug to the winner, prizes in kind to 6th place Special prize for most festively decorated combination Kindly sponsored by ALM Photography. NOT BEFORE 2PM CLASS 4 THE SOUTHDOWN & ERIDGE INTERHUNT TEAMS OF THREE Open to all. teams of 3 representing their chosen hunts. If you do not hunt you are still welcome to enter, simply select a hunt to represent! To be judged as a rescue relay. Riders must start their round from the starting box once the previous team rider enters the start box. Additional Rules; 5secs will be added for fences down, refusals will not be penalised with the exception of three refusals will incur 40secs being added to the team time, falls will incur 60secs penalty and they must be rescued by another team member, who will finish their round and then their own. At least one team member must jump the Joker fence which if cleared will deduct 20secs from the overall time. Failure for any member to jump the Joker will incur a 20secs penalty. Fences approx 85cm (with the exception of the Joker) ENTRY FEE £36 per team (late entries £40) Prizes: 1st - £150 Rugs & Sash’s + £200 to go to your chosen hunt. 2nd - £100 to go to your chosen hunt 3rd -£50 to go to your chosen hunt. 1 - To be run under BSJA rules. 2 - The decision of the judge(s) is final. 3 - The organiser’s reserve the right to cancel, add or amend any of the classes as they think fit. 4 - LATE ENTRIES – Entries may be made on the day of the show, providing that the classes are not already full. £1 extra will be charged once a class has already started. ENTRIES BEFORE THE DAY ARE ADVISED AS ALL CLASSES WILL BE STRICTLY LIMITED. 5 - Prizes awarded according to starters. 6 - Hard hats must be worn at all times whilst mounted. 7 - In the event of cancellation of a show, £2.00 per entry will be retained. 8 - NO ENTRIES REFUNDED WITHOUT THE PRODUCTION OF A VETS OR DOCTORS CERTIFICATE. 9 - NO EMAIL, OR ENTRIES WITHOUT THE CORRECT FEE WILL BE ACCEPTED. 10 - No member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible for as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any show jumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure others members of the public are not put at risk of injury. 11 - DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY - Save the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers, which expression shall include their officers, the Organisers shall not be responsible to any persons whatsoever while upon the premises of Golden Cross Equestrian Centre (“The Showground”), or while entering or leaving the same, for any death, injury or loss or damage or damage to any exhibitor, visitor or their agents (“Visitor”), or to any animal, article, plant, machinery, saddlery or tack or thing brought into The Showground, or while entering or leaving, or being carried into or out of The Showground. Each visitor shall be responsible for any loss, injury or damage that may be done to, or occasioned by, or arising from, any animal, article or property exhibited or brought onto The Showground by them, and hold harmless the Organisers and the Show ground from and against all actions, suits, expenses and claims on account of, or in respect of, any such damage or injury which may be caused or occasioned. 12 - HEALTH AND SAFETY The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For those measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents, and must obey the lawful instruction of the Organisers, including their agents, officials and stewards. a) - DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES AND NOT ALLOWED INTO THE INDOOR ARENA. b) - CHILDREN MUST HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES. c) - NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED INTO THE HORSE HOLDING AREA. d) - NO HORSE MUST BE LEFT UNATTENDED WHILST TIED UP TO YOUR LORRY OR TRAILER. e) - YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE ENTRY FORM, OR PAYMENT OF AN ADMISSION CHARGE, SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE AN ACCEPTANCE OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY RULES.
