TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Infringements (General) Regulations 2006 to prescribe certain infringement offences under the Domestic Animals Act 1994, Electricity Safety Act 1998, Environment Protection Act 1970, Fair Trading Act 1999, Road Safety Act 1986, Tobacco Act 1987 and the Transport Act 1983 as lodgeable infringement offences for the purposes of the Infringements Act 2006.

2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 168 of the Infringements Act 2006. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2010. 4 Principal Regulations In these Regulations, the Infringements (General) Regulations 20061 are called the Principal Regulations. 5 Schedule 3 amended (1) In the heading to item 1B of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations omit "(Feral and Nuisance)". (2) In item 1B.2 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations, for "29(3), 29(4)," substitute "29(5), 29(7),". (3) After item 1B.3 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations insert— "1B.4 Regulations 8(2), 9(2), 10(2), 16(1), 16(2), 17, 19(1), 20(1), 20(2), 21(1), 22(1), 22(2), 22(3), 22(4), 23(1) and 23(2) of the Domestic Animals Regulations 20052.". (4) For item 9A.1 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations substitute— "9A.1 Sections 7, 18, 18(1)(b), 19(8), 21(1A), 22(6), 49, 59(1)(a) and (3), 60, 60A, 65B, 168(1), 168(2), 174(1), 175(1), 184(2), 185(2), 185(3), 186(1) and 186(2).". (5) For items 9A.2, 9A.3 and 9A.4 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations substitute— "9A.2 Rules 20, 27(1), 28(1), 28(1A), 28(2A), 29(1), 31(1), 32(1), 32(2A), 33(1), 34(1), 36,
