Now, therefore, 31 32 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate 33 concurring: 34 35 That the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this 36 resolution, congratulates the marching band of Midland Valley 37 High School of Aiken County on being selected to be a 38 representative of the Palmetto State in the 2002 Independence Day 39 Parade in Washington, D.C., July 4, 2002. 40
