Tips on Submitting an Letter of Inquiry

1. Click “Contact Us” in the upper left corner of the Letter of Inquiry form if you have immediate questions or concerns about completing the form. We’ll try to respond as quickly as possible.

2. You can complete the Letter of Inquiry form in full, or click on “Save and Finish Later” to save a draft and return to it at a future time.

3. DO NOT CLICK THE BACK BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER. This will cause you to lose your work. If you need to go back to a field, click the “Save and Finish Later” option, create your user account, and the return to the form through your user account setup.

4. Regardless of which option you select, you will be asked to create an on-line account that will provide you with URL information on how to return to the form if you selected the “Save and Finish” later option; and list a history of any other forms that you may have completed and submitted in the past.

5. The on-line account consists of entering your email address and a password. Once you create the account, you will receive a “Welcome Grantseeker” email message that provides the URL for you to return to any unfinished forms as well as a reminder of your password that you entered. Save this email confirmation for future reference.

6. If you select the “Save and Finish Later” option, please do not try to access the incomplete form through the Letter of Inquiry link on our website. This is only used to create a new form. Refer to the “Welcome Grantseeker” email that you should have received when you created your account.

If you do not receive a “Welcome Grantseeker” email, the URL for Account log- in is: http://www.grantrequest.com/SID_332/Default.asp
