Turning on the Hotspot

Turning on the hotspot 1. Slide the power key to On position

2. Once you see a lock icon on the screen, the hotspot is ready to use (the hotspot is locked down, so you will not be able to get in beyond the “lock” screen)

3. Information on screen

a. Upper left – shows information about connection and signal strength

b. Upper right – shows battery life

Finding the Wifi Name and Password Wifi Name and password are on a sticker on the back of the hotspot Connecting your device to the hotspot 1. Open your device’s wifi settings

2. Find the hotspot’s listing and select it

3. Enter the password for the hotspot

Waking up the display screen To turn the screen on, press the Lock Key

Turning off the hotspot Slide the power key to Off position

Charging the hotspot 1. Plug the charger into the hotspot using the microUSB connector

2. Plug the other end of the charger into an outlet

Battery life when the hotspot is in use continually is approximately 6 hours. It will hold a charge much longer if not being actively used.
