Job Title: Campus Children’s Ministry Director Classification: Part-time FLSA Status: Exempt Reports to: Campus Pastor

Job Description: The Campus Children’s Ministry Director is responsible for coordinating and leading Crossroads Church children’s ministry staff and volunteers. This position is responsible for providing children with a quality Christian-learning environment, which is safe and caring through a qualified and trained staff (paid and/or volunteer).

Responsibilities:  Oversee the planning and coordination of the weekend services

 Oversee the appearance of the children’s area

 Nurture and encourage staff (paid and/or volunteer)

 Collect and maintain attendance and financial records of children’s ministry

 Lead weekly Children’s Ministry meeting as required.

Requirements:  Proficiency in Internet use, Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel), and other computer based technologies

 Minimum high school graduate/college preferred

 Experience participating in and leading teams

 The ability to effectively attract, relate to and communicate with others in a gracious, wholesome and persuasive manner

 Good administrative skills with the ability to organize
