<p>Job Description</p><p>Job Title: Campus Children’s Ministry Director Classification: Part-time FLSA Status: Exempt Reports to: Campus Pastor</p><p>Job Description: The Campus Children’s Ministry Director is responsible for coordinating and leading Crossroads Church children’s ministry staff and volunteers. This position is responsible for providing children with a quality Christian-learning environment, which is safe and caring through a qualified and trained staff (paid and/or volunteer). </p><p>Responsibilities:  Oversee the planning and coordination of the weekend services </p><p> Oversee the appearance of the children’s area</p><p> Nurture and encourage staff (paid and/or volunteer)</p><p> Collect and maintain attendance and financial records of children’s ministry</p><p> Lead weekly Children’s Ministry meeting as required.</p><p>Requirements:  Proficiency in Internet use, Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel), and other computer based technologies</p><p> Minimum high school graduate/college preferred</p><p> Experience participating in and leading teams</p><p> The ability to effectively attract, relate to and communicate with others in a gracious, wholesome and persuasive manner</p><p> Good administrative skills with the ability to organize </p>
