EHS Wrestling:

EHS students and staff, don’t forget to vote for Ben Darmstadt and the rest of the EHS Wresting team for their nominations for the JJHuddle/Bucknuts Ohio High School Wrestling Athlete and Team of the Week Awards. Voting is live and will end at Noon on Monday, Jan. 11. You may vote as often as you like. Once again, go to the JJHuddle website to vote.

EHS Science Club:

Attention anyone who enjoys science and is looking for a new club to join! Tuesday January 12th will be the first meeting for the EHS Science Club. Please come to this short informational meeting in room 235 at 2:45pm. We have many relaxed, fun, interesting activities planned for the rest of the school year! Can't wait to see you there!"

Students Spreading Awareness for Animals:

We will have a meeting on Wed., January 13th from 2:45 - 4:00. Come for some food and updates even if you can't stay for the movie!

Attention all students who took the PSAT:

Your PSAT Score results are available to view online starting today. You will receive your paper copy by Jan. 29, 2016.

Attention Book Clubbers:

Turn the Page will meet Thurs., 14 Jan. at 2:45 in the Media Center. Come prepared to discuss both books.

Anime Club:

Today, Anime Club meets for Blue Exorcist. The rumor is that there will be noodles.

Bonjour French Club! We have a quick informational meeting about our next event today after school in room 209! Please plan on attending! See you there! Attention Sophomores and Juniors:

This year, the Lorain County Urban League is looking for interested students for their college tour. The tour is March 28-April 1st. Students will have an on-site college exposure and explore different college dynamics. This year’s tour travels to Youngstown State, Kent State, Univ. of Pittsburgh, Univ. of Pennsylvania, Lincoln Univ., Georgetown Univ., Howard Univ., and students will visit Capitol Hill in Washington DC. There is no financial requirement for eligible students, but students must meet the LCUL requirements. Please see Mrs. Jodie Johnson in the team 4 office if you are interested in getting more information about this year’s college tour.

If you have not turned in your permission slip for the JVS Sophomore Career Day scheduled for Wednesday, January 27th, you may still turn your permission slip into the main office. If you misplaced your permission slip, new slips are also available in the main office. Please turn permission slips into the main office only.

Attention EHS:

Don’t forget the Army is visiting on Monday. If you’ve ever thought about joining the military, now is the time to get more information and ask questions! Sign up in your team office for a pass to attend the presentation.
