Members Attending: Mr. Paquin, Mr. Acres, Mr. Akins, Mr. Arquiett, Ms. Brothers, Mr. Bunstone, Mr. Burns, Mr. Lightfoot, Mr. MacKinnon, Mr. Morrill, Mr. Parker, Mr. Peck, Mr. Putman, Mr. Putney, and Mr. Sutherland
Others Attending: Karen St. Hilaire, Ruth Doyle, Kelly Pearson, Chris Rediehs, Chris Boulio, Mary Lou Rupp, Kevin Wells, Lorraine Kourofsky, Andrew Moses, Deb Bridges, Angela Dow, Jason Pfotenhauer, and media representatives: Martha Ellen, Watertown Daily Times and Scott Dosztan, WPDM Potsdam
1. CALL TO ORDER AND APPROVAL OF AGENDA Chair Paquin called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Mr. Peck moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Mr. Putman, and carried unanimously by a voice vote.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Mr. Putman moved to approve the November 18th Operations Committee Meeting minutes, seconded by Mr. Parker and Arquiett and carried unanimously by a voice vote.
3. WELCOME AND PRESENTATION OF ECONOMIC IMPACT OF THE ELITE SERIES EVAN WILLIAMS BOURBON SHOWDOWN – Dr. Anthony Collins and Clarkson Students
Dr. Collins welcomed the Legislators and everyone to Clarkson University.
Udaybhaskar Munjuluri of India presented the Economic Impact Survey. Shashikant Ingale of India, Wan-Chun Duan of Taiwan, Anh Tu A. Tran of Vietnam, Xiaotong Liu or China, and Cheng Chen of China are the other students who worked to gather the information for the survey.
Mr. Clark and Mr. Putney arrived at 5:33 p.m.
4. COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT – KAREN ST. HILAIRE
This will be discussed at the next Committee meeting.
5. OLD/NEW BUSINESS – This will be discussed at the next Committee meeting.
6. EXECUTIVE SESSION – This will be discussed at the next Committee meeting.
7. ADJOURNMENT – Chair Paquin adjourned the December Operations Committee meeting at 6:02 p.m. as there was no further business.
