. Daily Operations: Responsible for all daily operations in the Head Professional’s absence. . Golf Instruction: This includes private lessons, ladies’ clinics, and golf schools. . Junior Golf: Organize and administer an active Junior Golf Program. . Golf Staff Supervision: Assist the Head Professional in the management of the entire golf staff. This includes scheduling and training. . Tournament Operations: Assist and supervise all aspects of the numerous tournaments. . Playing with the Members: I play with the members on a regular basis. . Inventory Management: Charged with the set up of a new golf shop’s inventory processes and receiving merchandise.

. Daily Operations: Responsible for all daily operations in the Head Professional’s absence. The Head Professional has a busy tournament schedule so this is an active part of my job. . Golf Instruction: My main responsibility was teaching the membership. This includes clinics, schools, and the junior golf program. . Tournament Operations: Working with the Head Professional and the Golf Committee I have organized, prepared and administered all member events. . Ladies Golf: I was charged with all aspects of Ladies Golf. I also held a seat on the golf committee being actively involved in all meetings. . Golf Handbook: Working with the Golf Chairman developed a new handbook to consolidate all important information regarding the golf operation.

Daily Operations: Responsible for all daily operations in the Head Professional’s absence. . Golf Instruction: Responsible for further development of the teaching program. The lesson program grew by 45% under my tenure. . Tournament Operations: In charge of all aspects of tournament preparation and administration for men’s and ladies events. . Ladies Golf: Administrated all aspects of ladies events and assisted the ladies organization with the next season’s tournament ideas and programs. . Sales Operations and Inventory: Developed and supervised procedures for inventory maintenance, special order processing, member charges and credits, and invoice processes. . Junior Golf: Designed and implemented a new junior golf certification process for the growing junior program. . Staffing: Recruited, hired, and trained inside golf shop staff and outside operations staff for the summer of 2005. . Merchandise buying and display: Assisted the Head Professional in selecting and purchasing merchandise. Designed and developed shop displays and supervised all aspects of merchandising. . Caddie Training: Had individually trained and approved numerous caddies. . Playing with the Members: I played with the members on a regular basis and hosted a team at our Lincoln Pro-Am.

Spring 2003—Fall 2004 Silver Spring Country Club, Ridgefield CT 1st Assistant/Interim Managing Professional During the time the Head Professional was incapacitated due to illness I assumed responsibility for the entire golf operation My responsibilities during my time at Silver Spring have included: . Golf Instruction: In two years I taught over 800 hours of private lessons. Responsible for Men’s and Women’s golf clinics and schools. . The Junior Golf Program: In charge of all aspects of a Junior Golf Program for 140 juniors. . Tournament Operations: Responsible for 120 men’s and ladies tournaments each year. . Staffing: Responsible for the scheduling, supervision and recruiting of twelve members of the golf staff. . Merchandise buying: Responsible for the merchandise buying. This included on site meetings with representatives and buying at the 2004 PGA show. . Inventory Management: Responsible for receiving and merchandising. . Caddie Training: Ran a two day caddie training program at the beginning of

Off Season Golf Schools: In February of 2004 I took members to Portugal for a week long golf school. Again in December of 2004 I took members to Palm Springs for another golf school. . Playing with members: Played with the membership on a regular basis, including a season long Pro-Am tournament and hosted members at off site Pro- Ams.

1999 – 2002 Westchester Country Club, Rye NY Assistant Golf Professional My duties during my time at Westchester have included the following:

 Golf Instruction: Gave lessons to students of all levels.

 Junior Clinic Coordinator: I was charged with running the entire junior clinic program for the 2002 season. This responsibility included scheduling, administration, and developing a teaching guide. We ran 26 clinics that had over 200 participants.

 Tournament Operations: Coordinated eight of the largest Men’s events (all over 150 players), wrote the tournament procedures and have been involved in all aspects of the tournament operations.

 Golf Shop Duties: Included inventory control, return procedures, member account problems, staff training, creating and amending policies and procedures (including the mission statement), merchandising, tee times and keeping record of the shop’s demo program.

 Accounts Payable: This included all phases of the accounts. From invoice management to check writing.

 Golf Schools: I have helped organize and run a golf school in Spain for 13 of our members. My duties included promotion, member organization and instruction.

 Supervisor of Outside Operations: Responsible for scheduling, member charges, daily operation of the range, and member relations.

 Buick Classic: Worked this PGA Tour event for four years and my duties have included range operations, merchandise control for certain vendors, and merchandise tent work.
