1 I. Overview

RLC full automatic tension and deviation correction control system for all digital touch control system, the system uses high performance chip.7 inch LCD screen, touch screen, high digital products. Unique appearance, novel interface, simple operation, strong anti-interference ability. It has been widely used in the field of cutting machine, bag making machine, automatic punching machine and automatic tension soft packing machine.

The operating system the existing input 16 points (including 2 highway speed port, which a road connected encoder and meter), 16 bit output, plus 4-way analog output (including a control host speed, another two rewinding tension is controlled, and control the unwinding tension).

2 II. HOME

STATUS: display all control system real-time working status and fault display.

RESET: in emergency, press the "reset" key touch screen control system for all input and output signals are interrupted.

BAG LEN:Set the bag length according to the length of bag making machine controller set, two parameter consistent.

CUTTING DEPTH: the depth of the pocket of the vest bag, the larger the length of the bag, the greater the depth of the punch.

FOR LEN: mechanical hand in the standby position forward "forward" to the distance to grasp the material level.

GO STANDBY: press this key (stepping) motor servo forward to the front limit, according to the length of the bag back to the standby position effectively.

Note: the brush material protection bits (pre protection bits): sensors should be installed on, just below the brush. cutting protection bit (rear protection): the sensor should be installed in the front end of the mechanical hand away from the punch knife square (punching knife pressure less than the manipulator), then the indicator light. HOME/TEST/SET/INF: access to 4 different interfaces.

TEST: mechanical hand back to the standby position, press the "run test" button, buzzer alarm three, the equipment began to run the entire operation test.

RUN/STOP: mechanical hand in "standby", according to "punch", playing bag began to work, the input port X12 (Replica) or x13 (off the bag receives a bag bag removal signal, the device begins the whole operation test (normal operation). 6 IV. SET

COUNT: after the end of each material punching and cutting back to the standby position, counting and 1

COUNT CLEAR: according to "count reset" button, the count display "0".

COUNT MINUS: according to "count minus" button, the data show that the data minus 1.

FOLD TEST OPEN/FOLD TEST CLOSE: if automatic punching machine, not according to the loaded folded and a folding device, there is no discount on high and fold down low two detection sensor, please select "FOLD TEST CLOSE". If automatic punching machine according to the loaded folded and doubling device, and discount on the high and folded under low two detection sensor, please select

"FOLD TEST OPEN".

FOLD OPEN/FOLD CLOSE: General bag length setting below 400mm recommend the use of half closed, can save Chong Kou machine throughout the

7 entire process of working time.

Set the bag length more than 500mm recommend the use of half open, it can reduce the manual folding bag, improve production efficiency.

BACK LEN: in the operation process of the punching machine, select "folded close", manipulator in punching after, seize the punching bag back to back length end ready to discharge. In the running process of the punching machine, if you choose "half open", after the end of the folded seize the punching bag back to back length end ready to discharge.

LOOSEN LEN: "back length" after the end of the "discharge length" is to control the mechanical hand side of the back side of the opening of the clip length.

CUTTING TIME: in the process of punching machine, the time of pressing the knife.

PRESSURIZED TIME: after punching, the pressure of the pressure cylinder is cut.

VI. TIME PRM

10 CLIP TIME: when the press is running, the manipulator moves to the gripper position and then clamps off. After the closing time, the needle is pulled out.

NEEDLE TIME:when the punch is running, the mechanical hand is closed and then the needle is pulled out. After the needle drawing time is over, the mechanical hand begins to pull the material back.

PRESS TIME: when the press is running, the manipulator brush the material to the punching cutting position. When the press plate presses down the pressing time, the punching knife starts to press down.

PRESS RESET DELAY: punch operation, pressure action after the time delay after

"pressure reset delay" cut reset.

CUTTING REST TIME: when the press is running, after the pressure is reset, the time delay of "punching, cutting and resetting" delay, the manipulator draws back.

BAG LEN: when the press is running, select "fold closed", after the end of the blanking, the manipulator back and discharge, and then delay the "scrap waste

FOLDING OUTPUT DELAY: when the manipulator reaches the folding position, the output signal is delayed.

FOLD POS CLIP TIME: fold up and clamp the material, the manipulator opens the clip, folds in half, opens the clamp time, and then the manipulator draws back.

FOLD GRASP TIME: the manipulator arrives at the half - bound material position, the mechanical hand closed clip, folds in half, after grasping the time, draws back the material.

UPFOLD REST TIME:When the manipulator holds the material, the upper and lower reset delays, and the manipulator starts to retreat.

DOWNFOLD REST TIME:the manipulator is back, and the time of the reduction of the reset delay is over, and then the reduction is reset.

BAG TIME: the time in which the manipulator moves forward and backward during operation.

HIT BAG:when punching machine is running, open the bag. The bag removal controller of the bag making machine is received, the bag is temporarily closed, and the bag is opened after delaying the bag taking time. When the punch is stopped, the bag function is automatically closed.

CONVEYOR TIME:when the punch is running, the mechanical hand punching end, after returning to the seat, the conveyor belt running time.

TURNTABLE:when the punch is running, the mechanical hand punching end, after returning to the seat, the conveyor belt running time.

CLIP PROT TIME: punch operation, more than "pinch protection time" not again

VII. ENG PRM

PULL NEEDLE LEN:when the press is running, the mechanical hand moves forward, the clamp is closed, the bag is caught, the needle is pulled down, and the mechanical hand is pulled back, the length of the needle is drawn out, and then the needle is pulled up to the original position.

WAIT POS: the distance of the manipulator from the front limit in normal standby.

CONVERSION UNIT: manual tape before the limit sensor center distance to brush material protection bits (front protection bits) length A = distance center front limit sensor center distance to punching protection bits (after protection bits) from the center of the length B = A+B=, before and after the limit distance.
