Required Rules Interpretation Meetings and CER: Every head coach in Minnesota who currently meets the State Statute requirement and is serving as a head coach in a Minnesota high school is required to complete the on- line Continuing Education Requirement (CER). The CER is available through the Coaches Clipboard page on the MSHSL website. Coaches receive instruction in: Coaching Philosophy, Concussion Education, Emergency Planning through Anyone Can Save A Life, and League Bylaws.
Once complete, coaches will have access to the required annual online Rules Interpretation Meeting for their sport. The Continuing Education Requirement (CER) must be completed every three years.
