<p>Date: March 12, 2012 To: Spring Sport Coaches From: Jody Redman, Associate Director Re: Rule Interpretation Meeting and Continuing Education Requirement (CER)</p><p>Required Rules Interpretation Meetings and CER: Every head coach in Minnesota who currently meets the State Statute requirement and is serving as a head coach in a Minnesota high school is required to complete the on- line Continuing Education Requirement (CER). The CER is available through the Coaches Clipboard page on the MSHSL website. Coaches receive instruction in: Coaching Philosophy, Concussion Education, Emergency Planning through Anyone Can Save A Life, and League Bylaws. </p><p>Once complete, coaches will have access to the required annual online Rules Interpretation Meeting for their sport.
