I agree not to receive any share of the winnings if I miss my payment or if I do not give the manager/deputy manager sufficient time to process my payment. I will not hold the manager or deputy manager legally accountable or responsible in any way if the lotto ticket numbers requested are not accurate or have not been included provided he/she acted honestly with no malicious intent.
