Helpful Hints: Remember, consistent practice and repetition is the key. 20 minutes/day is a good goal for with the relaxation and distraction skills. Start with either Relaxation or Distraction Skill; if you complete one and your child is still not calmed down, do the other skill. Bring these in to sessions with Dr. Morris.
