How to Recycle Old/Broken/Unusable Plastic Recycling and Trash Containers

Plastic recycling and trash containers – the ones typically used in classrooms, lunchrooms and offices – are quite durable and generally last for more than ten years. However, after much use, the containers may break, crack or warp and become unusable.

Plastic recycling and trash bins are made up of several types of plastics which can be recycled. The following companies provide collection services for these products. If your school or district has broken or unusable plastic containers, please contact these companies to collect and recycle them.
