Summary This project will implement Cisco Emergency Responder in conjunction with Cisco Voice Gateways to route 911 calls to the correct PSAP, while also providing security personnel notification and location of an emergency. This process will also encompass verifying and testing SRST and upgrading all Cisco voice servers to the latest release.

© 2016 Proprietary Statement of Work 1 Project Scope This SOW covers the following components, activities, deliverables and assumptions. Included in this will be hardware procurement, labor to install new equipment, configuration, implementation, and testing.

Components:

1) Contractor Provided

Description MFR QTY Cisco ISR with voice licensing Cisco 17 Cisco Analog port Cisco 17 Cisco Emergency Responder User License Cisco 3800

2) CNB Provided

Description MFR QTY Analog Phone Line N/A 17 Virtual Server with redundancy N/A 2

3) Miscellaneous – Contractor will provide all miscellaneous components to complete the install except the specific items listed in “CNB Provided” section above.

1) Installation – Contractor will install all necessary components to complete the project. a. Conditions  Due to 24/7 Casino operational hours, project work hours may be late night and/or overnight depending on guest impact of specific tasks. CNB will dictate as necessary.

b. Equipment – Contractor is responsible for installing all components of the Cisco Emergency Responder system and associated components needed to complete the project. This will include:  Cisco Emergency Responder software on virtual server.  17 Cisco ISRs with analog cards at the following locations: o 4 – Catoosa o 3 – Roland o 2 – West Siloam Springs o 8 – Tahlequah

2) Configuration – Contractor will be responsible for configuring the following: a. All Cisco ISRs to work with existing network and Cisco Unified Communications Manager. b. Cisco Emergency Responder and integrate it with existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager. c. Verify and test SRST at all 41 locations. d. Integrate analog connections with Solarwinds Orion to allow for monitoring. e. Upgrade all existing voice servers to the latest release. These include:  Cisco Unified Communications Manager 10.5.2  Cisco Unified Communications Manager 9.1.2  Cisco Unity Connection 8.6.2  Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 10.6.1  Cisco Unified CM IM and Presence Administration 10.5.2

3) Testing – Contractor will perform complete E911 system test to provide CNB verified proof of performance. 4) Training – Contractor will train CNB personnel on E911 system.

Key Requirements  Contract personnel doing work on site and/or remotely must have a current CNGC gaming license.  Contractor understands and agrees to late night and/or overnight working hours.
