Article Intellectual Property Rights The Department owns the Intellectual Property Rights in Contract IX. – ownership of Contract Material Material Article Other requirements X. Role Location: Level 3, 5 Eden Park Drive, Macquarie Park, E.g Location NSW 2113. All Candidates must be Australian Citizens to be considered for the role. Security Clearance Requirements The minimum security clearance level for this particular position is: Baseline Security Clearance (from AGSVA) holder or prepared to undertake a security clearance with the Department. All positions are “Trusted” and the successful candidate is required to undertake police check to be conducted by the department. Unfavourable outcome may result to early termination of the contract. This check will be arranged by the Shared Services Centre on commencement of the contractor. The Australian Government will meet the cost of police check.
