A RESOLUTION adjourning the Senate in loving memory and honor of Michael Joseph Eitutis. It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we learn of the premature passing of Michael Joseph Eitutis, and we pause in silent reverence for his soul. WHEREAS, Michael Joseph Eitutis was born on May 9, 1990, a native of Hamlin, Germany, and a resident of Radcliff, Hardin County, Kentucky, and he traversed these earthly bounds on April 16, 2002; and WHEREAS, Michael Joseph Eitutis was the adored son of Stanley and Candace Eitutis, and he was the loving brother of a sister, Amber Eitutis; he was the proud grandson of loving grandparents, Stanley and Jeannine Eitutis and Carol and Bob Aiken, all of Radcliff, and Ralph Depenbrok of LaGrange; and he also leaves behind three loving great-grandmothers, Vivian Eitutis of Elizabethtown, Bernice Kubistal of Chicago, and Anna Marie Depenbrok of Illinois; and WHEREAS, Michael Joseph Eitutis was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church in Radcliff, and he was a sixth grade student at Radcliff Middle School where he was a member of the school band; and WHEREAS, in the aftermath of this tragic accident, we are reminded of the grief and suffering inflicted upon the family and friends of Michael Joseph Eitutis, how precious he was to his loved ones, and how his loved ones have been denied the opportunity of witnessing him reach his full potential; and we are also reminded that a life spent worthily should be measured by deeds, not years, and through his genuine love and concern for his family and friends, Michael Joseph Eitutis is worthy of the highest commendation; and WHEREAS, the passing of Michael Joseph Eitutis has left a void that cannot be filled, and he is mourned across the length and breadth of the Commonwealth; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of

Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate does hereby express its profound sense of sorrow and heartfelt sympathy upon the premature passing of Michael Joseph Eitutis, and commends his loved ones to the solace of the Almighty during these dark and painful times. Section 2. When the Senate adjourns this day, it does so in loving memory and honor of Michael Joseph Eitutis. Section 3. The Clerk of the Senate is hereby directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution to Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Eitutis, 113 Academy Lane, Radcliff, Kentucky 40160.
