Appointment of Trustee

We, the Lessee, hereby appoint HUSSAIN KHAN of Tokyo, Pakistan Passport… KH887119…as our Consultant under this Agreement on and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Consultant hereby warrants and accepts such appointment and represents warrants and agrees to perform its duties and obligations set forth herein.

ALL PARTIES AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS

Lessee shall pay the amount of EURO/USD (FIVE Thousand) Only (5,000.00) to Consultant account of Hussain Khan of Tokyo as agreed by both parties as Consultancy Fee payment.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above mentioned transaction and the mutual promises contained herein, and intending to be legally bound, the Parties hereto agree as follows:

Within Three (3) banking days of execution of this Consultancy Fee Agreement the Lessee shall transfer Euro/USD FIVE Thousand Only (Euro/USD 5,000.00) to the designated Consultant Account. After necessary formalities, the Consultant Agent shall be provided with a courtesy clear copy of the transfer with confirmation through email within 24 hrs.

Upon delivery and confirmation of the sum, within Three (3) banking days, the Lessee shall also transfer Euro/Dollars ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND (150,000) to Provider’s Lawyer, BASHAR M ALHUNAITY of AMMAN, JORDAN. After receipt of this remittance, Consultant shall follow up with the Provider to issue Contract and instruct the issuing Bank to SWIFT MT799 Pre-Advice (WITHIN 15 BANKING DAYS) to Lessee’s banking coordinates for verification, authentication and settlement (Provider shall notify Lessee via email).

If the swift 799 is not received or verified or authenticated in 3 banking days after receiving the swift copy, THE LESSEE WILL ISSUE FORMAL LETTER ON THE LESSEE’S COMPANY’S LETTER HEAD WITH FULL RESPONSIBILITY UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY STATING THAT THERE IS NO SWIFT AND THE ESCROW DEPOSIT LAWYER SHALL RELEASE THE MONEY (150,000 USD/Euro) TO THE LEESEE WITHOUT ANY PROTEST AND WITHOUT ANY DEDUCTIONS OF

2 / 4 ESCROW DEPOSIT Euro/ US Dollars FIFTY THOUSAND (Euro/$150,000) in 21-28 banking days.

Upon the issuing bank issuance of the INSTRUMENT VIA SWIFT a CERTIFIED TRANSMITTED copy of the Swift Transmission of the Instrument will be provided BY the Provider TO Lessee and The Consultant Agent/Attorney VIA EMAIL.

Lessee has 48 hours to notify the Consultant Agent upon satisfactory completion of the transaction.

This Agreement shall be served as the Addendum to original LEASING OR PURCHASING OF BANK INSTRUMENT with the following Codes: Transaction Code: ...... between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written agreement signed by all of the Parties hereto.

Consultant Fee payment Euro/USD FIVE THOUSAND shall be non-refundable and Escrow deposit Euro/USD FIFTY THOUSAND shall be refundable in case of non- issuance of MT799 Pre-Advice by the Provider to the Lessee for the purpose and the terms and conditions set forth above.

Escrow Deposit shall not be refunded if Lessee fails to pay SBLC cost after receiving MT799 Pre-Advice or MT760 SBLC.
