3M™ Multi-Media Projector Maintenance Plan

How the program works:

The 3M™ Multi-Media Projector Maintenance Program is designed to help reduce downtime of your 3M projector due to lamp failure or other required service. When you order your new 3M™ Multi-Media Projector, select the maintenance plan to best meet your needs based upon estimated usage/lamp life. Fill in the registration information below and fax/mail this form along with your purchase order for the projector/3M™ Electronic Display System to 3M.

When the low lamp life indicator image is displayed on your screen or your projector requires other service, simply call 3M Technical Service at 1-800-328-0033. 3M will help troubleshoot your projector and if a replacement is required will authorize shipment of a 3M refurbished replacement projector (same model as your projector) with a new lamp and filter. This unit will be shipped to you at no charge. You simply install the replacement projector and return your old unit to 3M in the same box, using the prepaid shipping label provided.

-- 24/7 toll free phone support - 3M will assist with problems/questions. -- Free 3M™ refurbished replacement projector shipped to your location. Includes new lamp and filter. (Number of annual replacements determined by selected Plan and authorized by 3M.) -- Fee shipment service - prepaid shipments to and from 3M so there is no cost for shipping.
