Academic activities 2008-2014 Head, Dept. of E.E., Ariel University 2007 Head of the newly established Graduate program in E.E. 2007 Expanded the electrooptics curriculum. 4 new courses offered (Nonlinear optics, Biophotonics, Quantum Optics and Optical properties of semiconductors) 2005 Designed Graduate program in "Electrooptics and Biophotonics". Undergraduate program also expanded to include the field of Biophotonics (student research projects). 2005 Established the Center for Homeland Security 2000 Established new Electrooptic Laboratories. 1998 Established undergraduate electro-optics program at College of Judea and Samaria; Designed curriculum and laboratories. Curriculum includes 6 lecture-based courses and 3 laboratory courses. since 1989 Academic advisor for Ph.D. and MSc students (see table below)
