AGENDA
These will be open meetings and notice has been given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Administrator.
4:30 p.m. Wage & Personnel Committee (Connie Bickel, Darrell Anderson, Lauren Resch, Sheri Groll and Jean Feldt) will meet in the Conference Room for the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of agenda 4. Approval of Minutes from 01/13/15 and 01/21/15 meeting. 5. Public Input/Comments 6. Discussion/action/recommendation on the following: a. Committee may vote at approximately 4:35 p.m. to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (c) for discussion on personnel matters. i. Employee FMLA Leave a.a.1.a.ii. Update on City Attorney Position
b. Committee may vote at approximately 4:45 p.m. to reconvene into Open Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stat. 19.85(2) for the remainder of the agenda.
c. Action/Discussion on Matters from Closed Session

Accounts Payable for the Month of December 2014 in the Amount of $130,482.84, Payroll for the Month of January 2015 in the Amount of $114,715.05 and Other Financial Reports as Presented
b. Request from NEWCAP, Inc. for Tax Adjustment on Property Located at 222 Pecor Street
c. Request from RJT of Green Bay, LLC for Tax Adjustment on Property Located at 900 Main Street
d. Committee may vote at approximately 5:35 p.m. to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (c) for discussion on personnel matters. d.i. New Police Chief Compensation
e. Committee may vote at approximately 6:00 p.m. to reconvene into Open Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stat. 19.85(2) for the remainder of the agenda.
Recommendation from Wage & Personnel Committee: f. Approval to Set Wages for New Police Chief at $68,000 with the Chief Paying the Full Employee Contribution to Wisconsin Retirement
