Our operational teams need clear financial intelligence to help them formulate and review their own action plans, and practical resources that will help them to deliver.

Job Title Finance & Resourcing Manager Team Finance & Resourcing Reports to Chief Executive Officer Salary From £28,000+ p.a. (FTE)

JOB PURPOSE To ensure we administer our business efficiently and responsibly, and to execute a strategy for long- term financial sustainability.

PRINCIPLE TASKS  Be responsible for AUKG’S financial affairs, including month and year-end accounts and external audit, ensuring that: o transactions esp receipts and payments are processed correctly o payroll meets deadlines  Manage central support functions, including HR, office management and IT.  Provide clear financial intelligence and robust infrastructure to support operational teams by: o ensuring all our financial processes and associated information support the business o advising on the financial implications of proposed operational and strategic activity o preparing financial models, forecasts and budgets to support business plans and to contribute directly to tendering and funding bids
