Therefore, please send a copy of the block schedule by 9/18/2013 for August and the system will be locked starting 9/19/2013.   Health Administration – Linda Lennerth: Not in attendance.   Legal Counsel – Michele Cerullo: Michele C. will no longer be representing Graduate Medical Education however she will remain in the Office of the General Counsel at USF. Kelly Norton will be integral in the transition and can be contacted at 813-974-4717 for assistance.   GMEC – Pam Wilson: ICD-10 is projected to “go live” in October 2014. New Institutional requirements were reviewed as ACGME switches to NAS. Focus on best methods to address issues such as transitions of care and uniformity across facilities. GMEC will continue discussion on creating subcommittees to address issues such as milestones.     HOSPITAL REPORTS    ACH – Valarie Collins – Nothing to report.   JAHVA – Laura Manore – Not in attendance.   Bay Pines VA – Lana Toenjes – Due to limited personnel, please contact BPVA a few weeks prior to a resident’s scheduled rotation. This will provide sufficient time for residents to complete training and fingerprinting. Thus, ensuring they have access to computer systems and ID badges prior to the start of their rotation.   Moffitt Cancer Center – Christine Hanna – Moffitt GME will continue to work with residents and fellows to ensure completion of MCC requirements. Christine will send an email to coordinators regarding outstanding issues. The computer system is being upgraded therefore training is necessary for both new and returning residents. Moffitt GME is working with IT on continued education.   Turley Family Center – Eileen Morroni – Not in attendance.   TGH – Colleen Stevens – An email regarding those who need to complete a missed punch form for the month of July will be sent to residents and coordinators. Lab coats are now available for continuing residents. Please contact Colleen for assistance.     NEW BUSINESS    FLU VACCINATION – PAM WILSON   Flu vaccination program is slated to being Sept. 30, 2013. Email will be sent from Linda Lennerth in Health Administration upon her return.    NEW INNOVATIONS: BLOCK SCHEDULE LOCK – AMY FIORAMONTE   Reminder the block schedule is locked due to billing. It will reopen next week and will be locked again on 9/19/2013 for July/August. Revisions can be made to the schedule once it reopens.     REMINDER: ERAS & NRMP – COLLEEN STEVENS   Main match opens on March 15, 2013.      Meeting Next Month: March 14, 2013 – MDC 2301  Meeting will be teleconferenced to STC 5051C, ACH, Turley Family Center, and Bay Pines VA.
