1. Read Matt. 7:1-5 and the parallel passage from Luke 6:37-42. What do you find in the Luke passage that is not in the Matthew passage?

2. A. What do you think judging others means? What other words could be used instead of judging?

B. Do you think that "judge not" mean to make yourself blind to faults and sins in others?

3. From Galatians 6:1-3 list the steps to be followed if I see something wrong in a Christian.

4. Read Matt. 7:24-27 A. How does the wise man build and maintain the house of his soul?

B. How does the foolish man fail to maintain his?

5. Challenge Question: A. Vs. 7 describes the steps of asking, seeking and knocking. In your own words, what does this mean?

B. Read the parallel passage in Luke 11:9-13. What additional promise is found here?

6. In your opinion, how do the warnings in verses 15-20 relate to the narrow gate and the wide gate?

7. What was the fault of those banished as evildoers in vs. 23? Also see John 5:40-43.
