Organized, developed, and evaluated youth programs according to parish needs. Trained and supervised youth board members. 1983 – 1984 Director of Religious Education, St. Andrew Church, Orlando, Florida Directed developed and supervised more than thirty staff in implementation of programs for all ages; formed a peer ministry program; conducted workshops on personal growth. Organized intensive Summer Program for elementary grades. Researched, developed, and organized Sunday intergenerational program. 1980 – 1983 Diocesan Youth Minister, Diocese of Boise, Idaho Supervised Idaho Youth Board in its activities that included an annual Statewide Youth convention for 400 young people, and a weeklong Youth Leadership Camp limited to 70 high school aged youth. Supervised parish youth ministers in development of youth programs; evaluated text and resource materials for recommendation to parishes; provided various types of training for adults and youth in leadership development; developed and conducted workshops at high school level on sex education and social justice; developed and conducted journal writing workshops for adults and youth. Conducted parent and youth communication evenings. Participated in National Catholic Youth Ministry Network.
