REQUEST: Consideration of a request to amend the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map from Residential Low Medium (RLM) to Institutional (I) or a land use designation of lesser intensity as identified in the City’s adopted Comprehensive Plan.
LOCATION: The former Gator Lake Mobile Home Park and the undeveloped parcel to the south, located west of 8900 US Highway 19 North (Calvary Chapel)

Letters should be addressed to the Zoning Division, City of Pinellas Park, P.O. Box 1100, Pinellas Park, Florida, 33780-1100. For more information, please contact the Zoning Division.
Please note that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Commission, with respect to any matter considered at the above-cited (meeting or hearing), they will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
The City maintains a tape recording of all public hearings. In the event that you wish to appeal a decision, the tape may or may not adequately ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings; therefore, you may wish to provide a court reporter at your expense.
FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED - An interpreter for the hearing impaired will be made available upon requests made at least 72 hours in advance. Also, an Assistive Hearing Device (magnifier) is available from the City Clerk for use in Council Chambers and all meeting rooms throughout the City.
