AUSPICING AGREEMENT
This purpose of this form is to meet the Auspicing Agreement requirements of unincorporated groups who want to apply for either the Assets/Small Equipment Grant or the Community Grants. This agreement forms part of the grant application and must be submitted at the same time as the grant application is submitted.
