AUSPICING AGREEMENT

This purpose of this form is to meet the Auspicing Agreement requirements of unincorporated groups who want to apply for either the Assets/Small Equipment Grant or the Community Grants. This agreement forms part of the grant application and must be submitted at the same time as the grant application is submitted.

We understand that we will be responsible for the following compulsory obligations:  receipt, bank and administer all monies,  monitor the project and ensure timely completion, and  complete the financial acquittal and ensure funding is acquitted on time.
