OCA PAST PRESIDENT SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

Criteria:

 Applicants must be eligible to compete in a youth event for the upcoming season.  Applicants must be a member of an OCA member club  Applicants must be completing their final year in high school in the year of application  Applicants must have applied to an accredited University or College for full-time admission in fall of the application year subject to successful acceptance. Required Attachments: The following must accompany your application:  Two letters of reference with one being from your curling club.  Please ensure that those providing the letters include their name, address, telephone number, affiliation with you, length of time that they have known you and a summary of character traits and abilities that you have demonstrated which give them reason to believe that you are deserving of a scholarship.  A personal letter detailing:  what this scholarship will mean to you as a student-athlete  the importance of education in your life as an athlete  future goals in the sport of curling  A transcript of your marks for the past 2 years.
