Sponsor Presentation: Achieving your Financial Goals Matt Little and Rob Ebling will jointly present. Matt began his career in financial services in 2003 when he joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation. Matt is a qualified portfolio manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, helps clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, and third-party investment strategies. Active in his community, Matt volunteers his time to the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education (BeatCancer.org), and to the Pinelands Preservation Alliance that services his keen interest in increasing environment awareness through education. Rob began his career in financial services in 2007 when he joined Merrill Lynch. His track record of delivering client satisfaction and operational management led him to join Little & O’Reilly in 2014. Rob is in charge of managing all aspects of the operational process and works closely with the team’s Wealth Management strategies and Liability Management for the team’s clientele. He holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation from the College of Financial Planning. Outside of Merrill Lynch, Rob dedicates his time to working with American Brewer’s Association and local Police Benevolence Associations. Presentation: An IH Comprehensive Practice of Crises, from Asbestos to Airplanes The presentation will be a 30 year career retrospective of working as IH/CIH in public and private sector. The highlights will include responding to emergencies of various causes, both natural and human-made, including response to recent natural diasasters.

Our Speaker: Rene M. Filipowski, C.I.H. Rene M. Filipowski is a CIH in Comprehensive Practice since 1995. She is the Designated Agency Safety and Health Official (DASHO) Support Group Manager for the Federal Aviation Administration. She manages the team for FAA wide Occupational Safety and Health Training, OSH Program Evaluations and Ergonomics. She also oversees the liaison with the Department of Transportation Office of the Secretary of Transportation on matters related to Occupational Safety and Health. The National Safety Committee and second level support for FAA OSH Program Development are additional responsibilities. She has been involved supporting the FAA OSH Programs since 1991. She has earned a B.A. in General Biology and an M.S. in Cellular Biology from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Her thesis work focused on the toxicity of organophosphate pesticides. She has been a member of the AIHA Communication and Training Methods Committee. She is also President of Washington Women Outdoors a 38 year old non-profit organization dedicated to women enjoying the outdoor world while developing leadership and skills.
