This is an exciting opportunity for counselors to learn more about Dylan Johnson (nephew of Lori and Loren Bosma) leadership and how to be mentors to each of the young girls in our GEMS program. It Patrick Kyle Whitley (grandson of Irene Timmerman) also motivates them in their own faith walk. Our request is for your prayers throughout James Frangenberg (grandson of Charles and Joyce Bosma) the season, and also this summer as we travel and attend the leadership conference. Preston Smidt (grandson of Ed and Mary Ellen Smidt) We appreciate any monetary donations to help cover the travel and convention cost. The Dan Fisher (nephew of Cliff & Karen Wynia) council will be paying for most of our convention cost, but we just found out it also costs Luke Bootsma (grandson of Garrold Bootsma) $2,000 for plane tickets. If you would be willing/able to donate to our travel costs, there James Story (grandson of Clarence and Dee Jilderda) will be on offering on GEMS Sunday, April 19, or you can put a donation in the offering any time - just write the check out to GEMS. LIBRARIANS TODAY Pearl Vander Pol Next Sunday Dee Jilderda Back by popular demand, the highly acclaimed southern gospel singing group, the Inspirations from Bryson City, North Carolina will be presenting a benefit concert on GREETERS TODAY A.M. Gene Wietzema’s & Larry Andringa’s Saturday evening, April 25 at 6:30 p.m. at the B.J. Haan Auditorium on the campus of Next Sunday A.M. GEMS Dordt College. The Inspirations have been performing since 1964 and they have NURSERY TODAY A.M. Loren & Lori Bosma received every honor and award that southern gospel music has to offer. The concert Next Sunday A.M. Missi Runia & Nate Runia will also feature the Journey Bound Quartet of Des Moines, IA and the Triumphant Sound Quartet from Lawton, IA. Tickets will be $15.00 per person and sold at the door only. The doors will open at 5:00 p.m. All proceeds of the concert will benefit the local and global ministries of Hope Haven. The Northwest Iowa Bible League Spring Salad Luncheon will be held on Monday, May 4, 2015 at Trinity CRC, Rock Valley, Iowa. The luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m. with a program to follow at 1 p.m. Our speaker for the afternoon will be John Scafe, National Director of the Bible League Mission Thrift Store.
